Also added manufacturer name to titles of starwars and stwr_106, and corrected year for swa.
Fixes MT06026 and MT09462.
This is a reduced version of PR #15063 which was closed due to a source conflict. In this case, it does not include the changes to the TV games' titles, which will be implemented in another pull request.
