Update Points navigation and field information for the Mautic 6.0 UI

Aligns docs/points/points.rst with the current Mautic 6.0 UI so readers see the same menu items and field labels the product shows. Updates the Point Action and Point Trigger creation steps to use the Points > Manage Actions and Points > Manage Triggers navigation, renames the Action taken by Contact field (previously "Actions taken by User"), documents the new Point Group field, and adds explicit steps and field descriptions (Minimum number of Points, Contact color, Trigger for existing applicable Contacts upon saving) to the Point Triggers section. This applies to branch 6.0 the same UI-alignment change that merged PR #651 made for branch 5.2 (issue #498); this is the branch-6.0 sibling issue #499. No screenshots changed.

Update: the Points page exists on branches 5.2, 6.0, 7.0, 7.1, and 7.2. 5.2 is already aligned (merged #651) and 6.0 is this PR. The three 7.x branches are identical to each other and already carry part of the alignment (the Manage Actions nav and updated images), but are missing the Point Group field, the Manage Triggers step, and the expanded Point Trigger field descriptions — so they need a scoped port rather than a blind copy. We're verifying those fields and labels against the Mautic 7.x product before opening any PRs.

@adiati98 done — and we verified the UI components and text against each branch's Mautic version before porting, as you asked. The navigation and field labels (Manage Triggers, the singular Action taken by Contact, Point Group, and the Minimum number of Points / Contact color / trigger-for-existing-contacts fields) are identical across Mautic 7.0/7.1/7.x, so the same scoped edit is correct for all three.

The Points page exists on 5.2, 6.0, 7.0, 7.1, and 7.2. 5.2 is already aligned (merged #651) and 6.0 is #954, so those were skipped. The three 7.x branches already had the Manage Actions nav and screenshot renames but were missing the Point Group field, the Manage Triggers step, and the expanded trigger field descriptions — so each gets a scoped port PR (not a blind copy):
