Adds the HPP Mainnet and HPP Sepolia deployments of the canonical Multicall3.
Both are Arbitrum Orbit chains. Multicall3 is deployed at the canonical address
0xcA11bde05977b3631167028862bE2a173976CA11on each, with bytecode byte-identical to the canonical Multicall3 and source verified asMulticall3on Blockscout.getChainId()returns190415/181228respectively, and basic aggregate calls work as expected.
