THOR: Thalamic Hub for Open-data Reuse

THOR is an interactive resource of publicly available whole-brain MRI datasets potentially suitable for thalamic nuclei research.

This repository aims to support sustainable, transparent, and reproducible neuroimaging research by providing a practical starting point for dataset selection. THOR helps researchers identify datasets based on the anatomical and methodological requirements of thalamic investigations.

How to Use

  1. Browse the interactive table
    Explore tableTHOR_hyperlinks.csv directly on GitHub.

  2. Download the dataset table
Use tableTHOR_hyperlinks.csv for filtering, analysis, or integration into your own workflows.

  3. Select appropriate datasets
Refer to the companion paper for recommendations and considerations regarding dataset selection for thalamic research.
