PyPI 3.3.0 still shows "Migrating from v1" (v1 → v2). The fix in #642 went into README-PYPI.md, but the publish workflow runs scripts/prepare_readme.py, which regenerates README-PYPI.md from README.md before building, so it was discarded.
This makes the same change in README.md: a Voice Agents announcement, and "Migrating to v3" in place of the v1 → v2 section. Checked by running prepare_readme.py on this README.md.
PyPI release descriptions are immutable, so this shows on PyPI from the next published version.
