Chat intermittently stays on the loading indicator #161

In a Hermes workspace, opening the Agent tab does not reliably load the chat.

Steps observed:

1. Open the workspace and switch to Agent.
2. Wait for the chat to load.
3. Switch between Scratchpad and Agent and try again.

Actual result:

The page sometimes remains blank with the loading indicator visible. The chat content and composer do not appear. Repeating the navigation may eventually make the same chat screen load, so the behavior is intermittent.

Expected result:

The chat screen should load consistently every time the Agent tab is opened. If loading fails, the UI should show an error or retry state instead of staying on the loading indicator.

Observed with moi 0.12.0 and Hermes Agent 0.21.5 on macOS.
