Breaking changes

• Renames createTransactionForLocaMinting() to createTransactionForLocalMinting().
• Renames NewDelegationContractInput to NewDelegationContractFromValidatorDataInput and validators package is now exported.

Other changes

• Enforces valid integer ranges for fixed-width ABI numerical types.
• Corrects simulated transaction data, latest-block parsing, and network bigint conversions.
• Fixes token-management transaction receivers, role removal, and local-minting naming.
