Bump rubocop ~> 1.88.0 and rubocop-rails ~> 2.35.5 (rubocop-performance already at latest 1.26.1). No cops removed/renamed and no default changes between these versions, so the enforced style is preserved; NewCops stays disabled so new rubocop-rails cops remain off. - Switch deprecated `require:` to `plugins:` in .rubocop.yml - Rename obsolete Naming/PredicateName -> Naming/PredicatePrefix - Add required_ruby_version >= 3.1 to the gemspec - Bump .ruby-version to 3.4.8 - Bump version to 4.1.0 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
