Summary

  • version_toml stamps only pyproject.toml, so the v2.21.0-beta.1 release left uv.lock recording mnemo-mcp 2.20.1.
  • Since then every commit on top of main fails the pre-commit pytest hook: uv run rewrites that lock entry and the hook reports "files were modified by this hook".
  • build_command now runs uv lock --upgrade-package "$PACKAGE_NAME" and stages uv.lock, the fix hull has carried through its 0.4.0 betas (each hull release commit updates the lock entry).
  • This PR also brings the current lock up to 2.21.0b1 (one line).

Test plan

  • uv lock --upgrade-package mnemo-mcp locally changes only the mnemo-mcp version line
  • pre-commit hooks pass on this commit
  • CI green

version_toml stamps only pyproject.toml, so v2.21.0-beta.1 left uv.lock
recording mnemo-mcp 2.20.1. Every later commit then fails the pre-commit
pytest hook, which rewrites the lock entry and reports "files were
modified by this hook".

build_command now relocks just this package's entry and stages it, the
same fix hull carries since its 0.4.0 betas. This commit also brings the
current lock up to 2.21.0b1.
