Reads iteration.log, matrix.log, time_stepreduction.log and flow_summary.json, counts all nodes to see where the problematic parts are for the calc core of 3Di.

Output:
- Geopackage with georeference location counts on which calculation nodes occur often in logging.
- Styling of gpkg is based on node count
- Also, in the middle a star is produced with the volume error relative to the Rain 2D and 0D outflow

- a list of pahts to the folders for which 3Di results you want to make the analysis gpkg, like; RESULT_FOLDERS = [ Path(r"C:\path\to\your\results\folder1"), Path(r"C:\path\to\your\results\folder2"), Path(r"C:\path\to\your\results\folder3"), ]
