nextcloud ios image viewer does not show downloaded photos in full resolution

Steps to reproduce

1. Select an image folder in iOs nextcloud app and make it available offline
2. Open one of the images inside and double tap (or zoom in) to scale to 100% → full resolution is displayed correctly.
3. Swipe to the next image.
4. Zoom in → only low/preview resolution is displayed.
5. Tap the “i” (info) button and return to the image.
6. Zoom in again → the image is now displayed in full resolution.
7. Swipe to another image and then back.
8. Zoom in → the image is back to low/preview resolution again.
9. Close the app and open it again → images that you loaded via "i" are displayed in preview resolution again

Expected behaviour

When double tapping on an image in iOS app image viewer, all images that are already available offline should be displayed using their locally stored full-resolution files, including images reached by swiping through the image viewer.

Actual behaviour

When I open an offline-available high-resolution image, the first image is displayed correctly in full resolution, including when zooming in. The problem starts when I swipe to the next image. The second (and subsequent) image is displayed at noticeably reduced resolution when zooming in, as if the viewer is using only a preview/thumbnail instead of the locally available original file.

Environment data

iOS version: iOS 26.6.2

Nextcloud iOS app version: 34.1.4.1

Nextcloud serverversion: 33.0.8

This behavior occured with one of the latest app updates. I am absolutely sure that until this summer I never had these issues.
