NEW FEATURE: Add taxonomy info to final tree graphic

User input of phylogenetic level, say family, then a column on the tree will colour coordinate the family level classifications

New flag to state which taxonomic level you wish to expose on the tree.

Use taxid from samplsheet (using taxonomizr) to extract the taxonomic level of interest.

Somehow plot on tree, or colour

Seems a reasonably complex task to add this, so shout out to us if you want to take it on
