ModelCIF supports most of the metrics that proteinfold currently has, but not IpSAE at the moment:
qa_metric.MetricType
people can define their own derived metrics class
...a custom type can also be declared by deriving from this class and providing a docstring to describe the metric type:
class MPQSMetricType(modelcif.qa_metric.MetricType):
"composite score, values >1.1 are reliable"
This can be used to handle the metrics .tsvs generated in proteinfold as of v2.0
