[Feature request] Android register as system Speech input

It would be great if a App with the capabilities to he a multilingual input also would register in Android as a speech to text input.

From what I know, to register in Android as a speech-to-text input, the app should be selected as a keyboard and also implement a text keyboard. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I can't find an option to register only as a speech-to-text input.

Offline Translate (https://github.com/DavidVentura/offline-translator) a different Translation App was as a bug some versions ago registered as Speech to text module even it didn't support it but it never was registered as keyboard. (At least I couldn't see it in the keyboard selection.)
