[reddit] Very annoying ​popup for reddit app

When I scroll over couple of posts in a feed or after short duration I met with a popup from reddit containg this message "Get the app to keep using Reddit" advertising the app.
Using desktop mode on reddit didn't work.

I found reddit front end called redlib, there are many self hosted instances with their uptime listed in their status page, I went with redlib.catsarch.com to continue browsing reddit.

Yes, I don't have a reddit account

+1 I came here looking for a way to keep browsing reddit without an account. Is it possible to block the popup?
