Summary

  • Require swift-syntax 603.0.2 or later: SwiftPM only has a prebuilt swift-syntax
for 603.0.2 with Xcode 27, so a lock on 603.0.0 compiles swift-syntax from source
    (clean build 12 s instead of 5.6 s, CPU 77 s instead of 12 s)
  • Use MacroTestHelper.assertMacroExpansion from swift-macrotesthelper 1.0.0 instead of the local AssertMacroExpansion.swift copy

Test plan

  • swift build -Xswiftc -warnings-as-errors --enable-experimental-prebuilts with Xcode 27.0
  • swift test passes
  • sh .github/format.sh leaves no changes
  • CI passes on the xcode-27 runner

Replace the local AssertMacroExpansion.swift copy with
MacroTestHelper.assertMacroExpansion from swift-macrotesthelper 1.0.0.
