feat: SerDe in Source and Sink Avro Support

Proof of Concept:

• Fix tests three commented out
• Have schema.avsc file as a config map (or something else like it so you can pass into the image)
• Add separate java classes with the avro implementation
• In config map allow the user to select if they want to use the AVRO sink/source or just byte array
