Add Hydra-0 website - #140

Replace the docs/hydra-0 placeholder with the built project page from the deformable website workspace: index.html (renamed from "Hydra-0 Project Page.dc.html"), support.js, and the img/, media/, and _ds/ assets it references. Regenerable sources (_sources/, _zoom/) are left out -- the page never loads them at runtime. Served at /hydra-0/ by the existing Pages deploy, which copies docs/ into _site/.
