TCP connection killer

Kills connections by process ID. Windows only.

Usage:

TcpConnectionKiller.exe <process ID>

Example:

# Kill all existing connections owned by process 28188. Note that this cannot kill listening ports.
.\TcpConnectionKiller.exe 28188
