…st-ilias#49 Removes the user-facing upload entry point from the page component: - upload toolbar button, showUploadForm/getUploadForm, upload command - dead upload_handler service registration in the GUI constructor The upload handling in ocpcRouterGUI (create/uploadChunks/upload form builder) is now unreachable from the UI and should be removed in a separate, functionally tested follow-up (it shares the router with the video player path). (cherry picked from commit 4c4ae78)
