Four container images (cinder-api, cinder-backup, cinder-scheduler, cinder-volume) built from source with multi-stage Containerfiles. Includes WSGI script for httpd/mod_wsgi on the API container. Requires ceph-common for RBD backend support and iscsi-initiator-utils for iSCSI backends. Signed-off-by: Francesco Pantano <fpantano@redhat.com>
