Expose runtime-owned credential validation, scheme metadata, permissions, and subject selection APIs for independently generated service packages. Export the Quarkus identity and request-context dependencies used by the public SPI.

Exercise native request and metadata forwarding, trusted identity and permissions, absent credentials, optional permissions, and validation failure propagation. Cover the SPI in the runtime repository so its SonarCloud new-code coverage includes these contracts.

Generated Quarkus server packages currently expose separate nested security types, forcing applications to repeat a CDI producer for each package. Add a runtime-owned
ServerSecurityProviderSPI andServerSecuritySubjectSelectorso a shared integration library can validate credentials, provide declared permissions, and select subjects without importing generated service classes.The SPI retains native Quarkus request and identity types; generated glue adapts contract metadata at the package boundary. Issuer/audience trust and credentials remain application configuration.
Validation:
:sunday-jaxrs-quarkus:checkpassed. The companion generator changes compile every supported frontend and boot two independently packaged contracts against one shared provider, including signed JWT rejection and an explicit producer override.Companion to outfoxx/sunday-generator#255. Merge and publish this runtime before pinning/releasing the generator support.
