…ealth receipt, not declared Sonnet 5 + Haiku 4.5 lanes on 5c75740, both FAIL: - admitted_by was free text (blocker, sonnet): it now names apr-host-health/v1 beside the receipts and the judge computes admission (window >= 600 s, 0 throttle events, peak temp < limit); - red=False passed as red == 0 (bool is int): strict type(v) is int; - a required host re-declared as its own helper; a helper receipt naming another host; a helper row without sha256 fell back to inventory: each is now a named FAIL; - lead + helper rows for one cell: pinned by a case (ambiguous FAIL, one cell runs once). 9 new cases, 9 new mutants; self-test 178 cases, 0 bad. pv validate: 0 errors. …per for one cut, and only for the host it measured health_defects now also requires the health doc's version to equal the helper receipt's version, so a thermal receipt from an earlier cut cannot admit a host into this one. New red cases red-cells-class-health-stale and red-cells-class-health-host, each killed by its own mutant. Self-test: 180 cases, 0 bad.
