[Paseo] update runtime deps reference

The version we are using for paseo runtime's reference is outdated (https://github.com/paritytech/paseo-ahm/blob/ad51f088d3e5d69aa1589e4d542e29499e24d32b/Cargo.toml#L18) and for example the MigrationStage enum is quite different. We should update to the lates version in dev-asset-hub-migration branch.

Seems like Oliver is updating the paseo-runtimes here: #178

I think the core issue was that the runtimes against which:

1. we run the rust tests
2. grab the snapshot

were not un sync.

We should:

• port [AHM] Only pre/post checks tests polkadot-fellows/runtimes#850 to oty-paseo branch
• make sure the commit of fellowship/runtimes#oty-paseo that we use to run the tests is the same as the one being used paseo-ahm submodule of this repo.
