Move the catalog pin from ^0.25.0 to ^0.26.0 and carry the 0.26 host surface changes through @parity/product-sdk-host: - payment ids are now caller-owned, so requestPayment/topUp take an optional id (random 32-byte hex by default) and return it, and subscribePaymentStatus takes that id - model the new funding domain as not-supported in the testing fake - pin the new BalanceAccess remote permission
