Serve and hold the selected provider

The selected provider's worker runs the session; core hands it over and follows it.

serve_subscribe on a separate FundingProvider trait (Worker only): the sessions assigned to this provider, and cancels; live ones replayed after a restart
report(intent, update): only from the assigned provider, stages only move forward, stored before it is acknowledged
present_frame(intent, route): the provider's KYC or card screen in a host-owned frame
Wire select_route and record_provider_details from the user's confirmation
Hold the funding worker for the session; reload the provider's bundle after a restart
Core treats a reported delivery as final only once the top-up it names is claimed

Done when A provider worker takes a session from assignment to delivered on the CLI host, across a restart.
