Android: feature/fund screens; its auto-convert moves to coinage, since airdrop prizes rely on it (chore(hosts): remove the Meld on-ramp and the Android fund module #1332)
Both: the getcash launch from the CASH card (funding_config, FundingDomainProvider / RampAction, DigitalDollarCardDetailsViewModel openSpaSheet), removed with Hosts: serve funding to the core #1267
