chore: keep oxfmt off Frog's friction log - #186

Frog rewrites entry frontmatter with single quotes on every sync, so the frog/sync pull request would fail format:check once merged. Frog owns those files, so oxfmt skips them the way it skips the lockfile.

Frog rewrites each entry's frontmatter with single quotes when it syncs, and this repo's oxfmt config wants double quotes. The
frog/syncPR would failformat:checkonmainas soon as it merged. Frog owns.agents/friction-log/, so this adds it toignorePatternsthe way the lockfile is already excluded.Follows the Frog setup PR. The standard is in the orchestrator PR.
