chore(deps): bump oxlint-config-awesomeness to 4.8.1 - #200

4.8.1 loads its JS plugins through import.meta.resolve, so oxlint no longer needs the NODE_PATH from pnpm's .bin shim to find them, and replaces eslint-plugin-unused-imports with the native no-unused-vars fix.
