Reformats all 4 packages (BaselineOfObjectStatistics, ObjectStatistics, ObjectStatistics-Tests, ObjectStatistics-NewTools) from Tonel v1 (symbol-based metadata) to Tonel v3 (string-based metadata, explicit #package/#tag). No code changes — purely a format normalization, generated by re-exporting the packages through Iceberg's current Tonel writer.
