At challenge ratio object response on Both Hands missing

[terracoda]

Need some regression testing on why we are not hearing the object response on the custom Both Hands interaction.

[jessegreenberg]

While testing with @terracoda , we noticed that the "At challenge ratio" response when both hands have focus (bi-manual input mode) is not triggered. To reproduce:

• Tab to both hands bi-manual input mode (tab through both hands)
• Move one hand out of proportion
• Move other hand into proportion

Notice there is no "hands, at challenge ratio" response, as is heard in the published version.

I don't see that string anywhere in the strings file anymore.
