⚡ Bolt: Optimize manifest selection and file filtering in find-files

💡 What:

  • Replaced Array.prototype.filter(...)[0] with Array.prototype.find(...) across all project type manifest matchers in chooseBestManifest.
  • Hoisted nodeLockfiles array outside of chooseBestManifest so it is not re-created on every function call.
  • Replaced chained .filter().filter() and .length check in shouldSkipAddingFile with .some() to short-circuit upon first match and avoid intermediate array allocations.
  • Replaced inline transient array creation ['yarn', 'npm', 'pnpm'].includes(...) in detectProjectTypeFromFile with direct string comparison checks.

🎯 Why:
During directory scanning with find(), chooseBestManifest, shouldSkipAddingFile, and detectProjectTypeFromFile are called repeatedly for every directory and manifest file discovered.
Using .filter() creates full temporary arrays even when only the first matching element is needed. Using .includes() on transient arrays allocates array instances on every single invocation in hot loops.

📊 Impact:
Eliminates unnecessary temporary array allocations during directory scanning and reduces list searching overhead from $O(N)$ full iterations to $O(1)$ / $O(M)$ short-circuiting lookups per directory.

- Replace `.filter(...)[0]` with `.find(...)` in chooseBestManifest to short-circuit search and avoid array allocations.
- Hoist nodeLockfiles constant array outside chooseBestManifest function scope.
- Replace chained `.filter().filter()` with `.some()` in shouldSkipAddingFile.
- Avoid transient inline array allocations in detectProjectTypeFromFile.
