R scripts for handling sharkeyspec data
Reads in, analyzes, and fits data of combined fluorescence, spectroscopy, and gas exchange from the Sharkey spec. Contains scripts useful for any IDEA-spec platform. Features vectorized functions for reading, aggregating, and fitting ECS, PS2, and PS1 data, creating tidy datasets which are easy to manipulate and combine with gas exchange data.
