Summary
Adds documentation for the new Sandboxes dashboard surface that shipped in the triggering PR, covering the list view, detail view, log streaming, and termination flow.
Context
The triggering PR introduced an operator-facing dashboard tab for inspecting short-lived sandbox workloads on a cluster: a paginated list, a detail view with header metadata and a streaming log panel (with time-window filter and search), and a confirm-to-terminate flow. The page is gated by a project-level feature flag.
