Please add a migration note at the top and the redirect so users of this adapters are not confused why the docs are gone.

Renames the sspBC bidder adapter docs to gopl: updates
biddercode,title,description, andgvl_id(676 → 690), and trims the Bid Params table down to
idandsiteIdto match the adapter's currentparams.
