At the moment, Artifacts that were created internally in a Pipeline (e.g., a DistanceMatrix created inside of boots core-metrics) won't be recognized as being in the target's provenance, preventing it from being reported on. I believe this limitation arises from the provenance parsing not descending into Pipelines, so once we address that this should no longer be an issue.
