Summary

  • Bump cloudkitty chart 2026.1.3+a659ab8a2 → 2026.1.30+11919f713 (latest 2026.1).
  • Add missing base-kustomize/cloudkitty/base/policies.yaml (rabbitmq quorum policy).
  • Wire cloudkitty-rabbitmq-queue.yaml and cloudkitty-mariadb-database.yaml into base kustomization.
  • Clean up overrides: drop dead endpoints.oslo_cache.statefulset and obsolete manifests.ingress_api (removed upstream), set unused rabbit_init image to null.
