Purpose of this PR

This PR upgrades renv to 1.1.7. With renv 1.1.6 a bug was fixed that led to unprotected renv cache folders/files, see renv changelog:

Fixed an issue where cache callbacks (e.g. those run by setting RENV_CACHE_USER and RENV_CACHE_MODE, or via the renv.cache.callback option) were not run after renv::hydrate(). (#2179)

A bit unsure what I should put into the PR template here, please give me some pointers :) Should I put this change into the changelog?
