Superseded by #173, which removes js-yaml (and @types/js-yaml) from docker/client/rundeck-cli entirely — the Copilot review here was right that the package is unused: the CLI parses YAML only via the yaml package.

Closing this since there is no point in bumping the locked version of a dependency that is being dropped.
