Why
This fork's only consumer, glia-hub, vendored the library into its own source tree in salemove/glia-hub#11388 (BROW-2630). The repository now has zero consumers and is due to be archived; the banner makes that unmissable for anyone landing here in the meantime and warns against adding new dependencies on it.
