Move env/ to deployment/

We want to reduce clutter on the root-level of the project. The contents of env/ relates to deployment, and should be moved to the deployment directory. The same probably goes for sql/, and docker files.

• Move env/ to deployment dir
• Move sql/ to deployment dir
• Move docker stuff to deployment dir
