Document DNS-01 issuance for private services using owner-authoritative Views and an exact CNAME exception for public challenge validation.

The guide covers matching public DNS records, client-side alias following, certificate-name coverage, propagation checks, caching, and staging before production issuance.

Frontmatter, TOML/DNS examples, and internal links are validated. The production Jekyll build with Ruby 3.3, rendered internal-link check, and documentation drift checks pass; navigation and search include the page once.

Builds on owner-authoritative Views #702.
