Adds @localmode to the registry directory.
LocalMode is a local-first AI UI registry - copy-owned React primitives ("LocalMode Elements") and full blocks that run ML models (chat, RAG, vision, audio, embeddings) entirely in the browser, with no servers or API keys. Built on shadcn/ui CSS variables so items inherit the consumer's theme.
