Widget connects to wallet automatically even on Incognito browser

When I open the swap widget, even in an incognito window, it automatically connects to a phantom wallet even if I haven't selected it.
Is this is expected behaviour - like it remembers a wallet? Or should you have an option to connect wallet each time?
