Revert V3 Insights merge (#29) for now - #30

V3 goes back to its branch, feature/v3-insights, and will be re-merged once plugin-repo's wp-repo/v4 request/response format is settled. No release was tagged from it. V1 and V2 were never touched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
