Kitchen previously required a long GitHub archive command. The experimental
agenttrail-kitchen@0.1.0-alpha.3package is now public on npm underlatest, so users can runnpx agenttrail-kitchen .from their repo.Update the README, package guide, browser/editor setup, release notes and packaging check to use that verified command. Alpha.3 retains the alpha.2 runtime and bundles graphics, local fonts and license notices. The documentation continues to identify the missing editor extension, pending native Cursor/Windows validation and explicit metadata required for artifact handoffs.
Validation: all 71 tests and syntax checks pass locally. Downloaded the npm archive without credentials and verified it is byte-identical to the tested package. The installed-package check verifies assets, fresh events over SSE, multiple chefs contributing to one dish, completion and file observation. A separate fresh-cache, empty-config
npxlaunch starts a live kitchen without modifying the watched repo. CI runs on Linux Node 20/22/24 and macOS Node 22. A matching GitHub prerelease archive and checksum accompany this release.
