Every year I organize GenAI SF, GenAI Paris, and Stanford Founders Demo Day — convening founders, researchers, and investors across Silicon Valley, Paris, and Hong Kong.

I treat architecture and taste as the same skill. The same instinct that maps a million-line enterprise codebase to clean bounded contexts also maps the LOOMUS Library to seven categories that mean something. Same muscle.

Most of what I ship today, I ship in collaboration with AI. Pair-programming with Claude is my default workflow now — and it suits architects unusually well: describe the system, let the AI fill in the lines, review, iterate, refine taste.

I think this is the most interesting working mode of the next decade, and I'm trying to be early to it in a public way.
