Fixes #206.

The proxy now initializes its low-level server with the wrapped server's instructions, so clients receive the same guidance over HTTP/SSE as they do over direct stdio. A regression test covers both direct and proxied transports.

Validation:

  • pytest -q — 93 passed, 1 skipped
  • mypy --python-version 3.10 src
  • ruff check --ignore CPY001 src/mcp_proxy/proxy_server.py tests/test_proxy_server.py
  • ruff format --check src/mcp_proxy/proxy_server.py tests/test_proxy_server.py
  • git diff --check

Note: the repository's current Ruff configuration reports CPY001 for all existing Python files because no copyright notice is configured; the changed files pass all other enabled Ruff rules.
