This upgrades all charmbracelet related packages to their latest versions, including bubbletea v2. The main motivation for this upgrade was to resolve an issue introduced in v2.35.1, where the CLI would hang for ~5s in some non-TTY environments. I believe the root cause of this originated from a transitive dependency of the charmbraclet libraries, termenv. See this GitHub issue: muesli/termenv#136
