Requirements

1. The layout adapts to accommodate breakpoint widths: 480, 600, 840, 960, 1280, 1440, and 1600dp.
2. The design is based on a 12-column grid layout.
   i. Content is logically ordered in grid for display on mobile devices.
3. The content is suitable for use in a mobile context.
4. Pages are divided into usable size portions for mobile devices.
5. Scrolling is limited to one direction.
6. Background images are readable on mobile devices.
